1. Coaching is not medical care
Sunita Beniwal is a fitness and nutrition coach, not a doctor, dietitian-in-charge of medical nutrition therapy, physiotherapist or mental-health professional. Nothing shared through this website or during coaching is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
2. Talk to your doctor first
Please get clearance from a qualified medical practitioner before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you:
- are pregnant, postpartum or trying to conceive;
- live with a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disorder or PCOS;
- have an injury, chronic pain or a recent surgery;
- take prescription medication that affects appetite, heart rate or blood sugar;
- have a current or past eating disorder.
3. Stop if something feels wrong
Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, breathlessness beyond normal exertion, severe pain, or any symptom that concerns you. Never ignore or delay medical advice because of something you read here.
4. Medication and existing treatment
Never change, stop or adjust prescribed medication or a treatment plan based on coaching guidance. Any such change must be made by your treating doctor.
5. Your disclosure
You agree to tell us about relevant medical conditions, injuries and medication before starting, and to keep us updated if anything changes. Plans are adjusted around medical guidance you share.
6. Emergencies
This website is not monitored for emergencies. In a medical emergency in India, call 112 or go to your nearest hospital.
